Purchases

Restoring the Full Garage on a new phone or after reinstalling: in the game, open Settings, then tap Restore Purchases. You need to be signed in with the Apple Account that bought it.
Family Sharing: the Full Garage is shared with your family group automatically.
Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

"The map servers are busy right now": the free map services the game uses are under heavy load. Famous Circuits, the Daily Track and your saved courses still work. Try a new road again in a little while.
Offline play: Famous Circuits, the Daily Track, saved courses and downloaded map areas all work without a connection. Building a new course or road needs one, once.
A road looks wrong: tracks are built from OpenStreetMap, which volunteers keep up to date. If a road near you is missing or wrong, you can fix it at openstreetmap.org/fixthemap, and the game uses the fix the next time that area is downloaded.

Your level, cars, best times and courses are saved on your phone and, if you're signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud. They come back automatically on a new phone or after reinstalling.
Map areas download again when you need them.

Choose touch controls, and how sensitive the steering is, in Settings > Controls.
Game controllers connect in your iPhone's Settings > Bluetooth. The game uses one as soon as it's connected; to drive with touch instead, turn off "Use the controller" in the game's Settings.
